I'm transitioning into becoming vegan. I already don't eat any meat, but certain protein drinks I drink contain milk products. Hmm how to find a balance....

LOL no I mean, less food intake, less protein intake, less fat intake, etc. Can have a negative effect. But they do say the bigger the hair the smaller the hips!

Just did a S&D cause my hair was tangling so badly. I need a cut. I have been tosing whether to do it myself and save the damage and risk of losing to much length at the hairdressers, but I think I'm just going to go and let them give me a good cut.

- Eat approx 50 grams on protein everyday - need to concentrate on. - Take a suppliment and has all essential vitiams and minerals - need to concentrate on. - Deep condition at least 2 times a week with lipid rich conditioner and use non-sls shampoo - on track - Protein treatment once a month - on track - Use a dry oil and shea butter - on track - I use a shower filter - on track - Try to drink 6 or more glasses of water a day - need to concentrate on. - TRY to not stress Hah! - Try to get enough sleep - on track - No heat - on track - No dye, no chemicals - on track - No products containing alcohol, includes hairspray - on track - Scalp massages - need to concentrate on. - No elastic bands - on track
