If internal products like vitamins, and the viviscal pills work on hair as it grows, then how can you see a difference in the hair you already have by taking these pills for a short time. Not just the viviscal, but the multi-vitamins, vitamin e, kelp and anything else taken internally.I don't understand. Could someone please explainCurrently I am taking a multi-vitamin and pre-natal vitamin; vitamin e tablets, silicon drops, and drinking a multi greens drink (NutraGreens it has spirulina, chlorella, and other sea greens). Is this too much? or am I missing something. I have not noticed anything with my already grown hair, and I haven't noticed an increase in growth either. Of course, I've only been taking them all for a week at the most. But i have been taking the silicon for about a month. Can someone help me with the supplements. I need advice.

Hi, PJHair is actually dead material. The living part of it is inside the follicles, and once it's grown out of the follicles it's dead. Therefore no food or pills can make a difference in the way the hair you already have looks like. Only haircare products can do that.A healthy diet and vitamin pills make sure your hair follicles have all they need to push out healthy, good-looking hair. That's why it makes sense to eat healthy and take pills consistently over a longer period of time: you will see how your new hair growth is much better, and chances are you don't need to use loads of haircare products to keep your gorgeous new growth looking great. So while continuing with your healthy habits, keep checking your roots to see the difference.Hope this helps you some.> If internal products like vitamins, and the viviscal> pills work on hair as it grows, then how can you see a> difference in the hair you already have by taking> these pills for a short time. You have confirmed my understanding of how internal supplements work on the hair.But....How is it that I see posted on this board that someone has been using these vitamins, or those supplements for a few weeks and see much improvement in their hair's shine, and strength.I don't understand how the inside stuff could affect the 12-15 inches of hair you already have. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding what was written, however i don't think I interpreted it wrong.

I have no doubt that Viviscal has helped me in three weeks -- there's a vast improvement in my hair. I wish I could send you pics to prove it! Friends and family have remarked on the difference.> I don't understand how the inside stuff could affect> the 12-15 inches of hair you already have. Or maybe> I'm misunderstanding what was written, however i don't> think I interpreted it wrong.I, for one, don't have 12-15 inches of hair -- but don't I wish I did! That's exactly why I'm taking Viviscal.I hope others answer your question, as well. In closing, I'd like to add that if you don't believe in something, it simply won't work. If you do believe in something, be prepared for great results! :)Hope this helps! Keep us updated as to what you decide to do regarding Viviscal, vitamins, and so on!
