I saw a product called crown glory or something like that.Its a daily tablet for hair.The tablets contains loads of vitamins,biotin and other stuff.Should I get it or purchase it saparately(for example biotin tablets and protein tablets saparaTELY)

I have not heard of this product. I am not sure what the cost is but I would personally recommend that you try H37. I have been taking it along with Jeff and Jane and we all have had fantastic results with our hair. Actually thats not what I mean.Lets just say there are 2 ways to do it.One is to buy the all in one tablet like h37 and other brands.The other way is to eat several different tablets a day.Which is better?

Well I guess it just depends on what you prefer. I can hardly swallow one pill, let along a whole bunch, so I prefer taking as few pills as possible. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
