When you say, "YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO BRUSH UR HAIR WHILE ITS DRY....THERE WILL B NO EFFECT." Is absolutely FALSE. While it is true that it is a lot easier and more effective to brush your hair when it is still damp, doesn't mean that it HAS to be wet in order to form and maintain waves. When brushing throughout the day you do not have to wet your hair in order to form waves. The key is to BRUSH it doesn't matter too much whether your hair is wet or dry.

Yea but if you want waves quicker you would brush your hair when wet because the water softens the hair.Thats exactly why some pomades tell you to run a rag over your hair after applying the pomade because it melts the pomade and softens the hair.
