There is no such thing as white hair dye.. BUT to get that effect bleach your hair blonde as much as possible to get a light shade of yellow. ( I don`t know what hair color you have but if your hair really dark good luck) Then use toner (it`s usually in a purple or blue bottle.. Blue toner will get rid of orange tones, Purple will get rid of yellow tone and when all those tones cancel out you`ll have white hair. (You can find toners and stuff at sally beauty supply)
I actually don`t recommend this at all because the bleach or blonding color can really damage your hair in the long run. I mean, the color IS actually possible. Toner is just what you want to get the tones out. try it.
i think white hair on a young person looks cool and i dont mind trying it!
but ya i heard the process takes alot of time and damage your hair alot b/c of bleaching.
But the thing i dont get it is why is there no white dye colour? Is it not popular enough? Im not a dye expert or anything but why cant people bleach their hair especially for dark type hairs and then if there a made white hair dye and then applie that? Isnt that possible?
I remember seeing Crazy Town one of them dunno their name has a white hair thing going on. It was more white than yellow and it looks cool and yet his hair doesnt look like its damaged or anything wonder how he does it.

Hi, I am a professional Haircolorist. They are correct in saying there are no white hair color. The only way to get white would be to bleach it until its white, BUT I DO NOT reccomend you to do it yourself. Go to www.haircolorist.com an look for an American Board Of Certified Haircolorist in your area and see them to do it. You might even try Hair Spiker in the color white. This is a wash out gel that you apply after every shampoo. Most importantly this will not damage your hair. Good Luck
