I need to know about the hair care regimens to know better about this. but could I do this.
For every week I would:
Hot Six Oil hot oil Treatment
Shampoo my hair with Cream of Nature two times
Condition my hair with Infusium 23 Leave In Conditioner
Sometimes conditioner eggs and mayo.
Will this be good.

I take Hairtopia

Flaxseed 1000mg

Biotin 2500 mcg

Panthtenic Acid 500mg

B-Complex 50mg

Silica 11mg

MSM 1000 mg

It's working I've been doing this for about a month and my hair have grown an inch. After I run out of Hairtopia I am going to switch to GNC Ultra Nourishair for my hair vitamin.

I can't take vitamins cause i still live in da house so i eat everything. Thanks though. I am glad someone finally replied.

I just ordered the GNC Ultra Nourish and also Flaxseed oil.

I will see how they go.

Also, use 100% pure boar bristle brush; Mason Pearson brand is great. Kent tortoise shell handmade comb, Silk, satin scarves, pillowcases. Aveda Pure Brilliant shampoo and conditioner (blue and white bottles. Or these other brands:

Phtyotheratrie
Terax
Redken
Sebastian apple or rose shampoo w/sheen conditioner

Use quality products!!
