To tell you the truth i dont remember becuase i never measured but i can tell you it was alot. Protein shakes do help the hair growth.

i read on another board that some girl grew her hair by drinking this everyday.......about 1 1/2 every month.

how does the pro complex shake taste? or does anyone know of a good tasting protein shake? i have hard time making myself drink one everyday because they taste yucky.

You can go to wal mart or walgreens and get a can of powdered protein shakes they come in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla

i have optimum nutrition pro complex "natural strawberry". it tastes good to me. the only one that i didn't like was the vanilla kind, that mess was nasty as hell.......

It worked for me! It got expensive after a while though, so I had to stop
It's worth a try, as long as you drink plenty of water while you're using it!

Does it make you gain weight? I ask because I used to take amino acids,which is protein and I gained alot of weight.

I have used protein shakes but only for losing weight. It should be good for the hair since hair is made of protein. I am currently trying to grow my hair. I cut it 2 years ago and it is now 8 inches at the time I cut it, it was less than 1 inch.

Hi all,

I live in New Orleans, and i work at a smoothie shoppe called Smoothie King. I know we have them in other states, but we have a few hi protein smoothies, and they taste awful but they are full of whey protein and a lot of other proteins, so you might want to look into those... and there is alot of MSM and amino stuff, i wonder if i should start buying some to help my hair grow.... i am ordering HF 37 as soon as i get paid next friday...
