I purchased the TCP in Sept. and received it at the end of Nov. It worked wonders for my hair! However, I used it once a week for about 5 weeks and then it shut down and never turned back on again. I tried testing and resetting it from the plug. I've tried using different outlets but it never turned back on. I tried contacting customer service through their official website(advancedbeautysolutions.com) and calling but received no response. I am very dissapointed in their lack of compliance to a customer who not only wanted to exchange it but who hasn't even finished paying for it yet.
hi, when I called the 800 number listed on the web site to check my order status I was given the customer service number, its 1-877-444-3776, I hope this helps
hey! i am so sry to hear about that! keep trying to contact them! jw... did u buy it offline or at a store? b/c i have a chi, but the stores are really good about helping u exchange ur iron!
