I'm from the UK too, and there are Sally's stores over here. They're all over Scotland anyway, so surely they'll be all over.
If you can't find one of them, try Salon Services with is another Uk professional hair supplier. Still if you have no luck ask a hairdressers where they buy their products from!! They are in most towns so you should find one.
These places also give very good advise on what to use, just go in and ask for filler etc and they'll find it for you!!
I think there's a Sally's in Warrington, near IKEA...that's what I've
been told yesterday anyway. You'll be able to find a map of how
to get there on the web.
