Feria Hi-Lift: Auburn to Brown?

I've been an at-home haircoloring guru for the last couple of years, but this time I have a question I need to ask you all. I have had auburn-brown hair for a while now (going on two years this August) and I'm just getting bored. I never thought I'd get bored of red, but I am. My natural hair color is a bronze brown and I have a very warm skin tone.

Currently, my hair is L'Oreal Féria Chocolate Cherry, which is a Deep Burgundy Brown, or a shade level 3.6. It's been two months since I last colored it, so my hair is actually quite lighter and brighter, more of an auburn.

My question is: if I put on a Beige Brown Hi-Lift, what do you think the results would be? I have already about an inch of beige brown roots, and I know that the great things about hi-lifts (or the Féria ones I've worked with in the past, on my natural brown/black-haired mom) is that unlike normal coloring dyes or bleaches, they don't lift the hair color a certain degree of shades. Instead, they have a set result. That way, I think my roots would come out the same color as my colored ends... EXCEPT...

My colored ends are red. So, what happens when you put a shade 5.3 Beige Brown Hi-Lift on 3.6 burgundy red dyed hair? Especially with Feria, because it really sticks to you.
