Long to short makeover

 

The second girl, eventhough the cut is totally not my style and would never get it, looks young and hip after the cut. She actually looks refreshed. It was a nice change. And I'm sure if she was to style it different, say, may be blow dry it downward, nice and smooth, she would get a totally diffenrent look, and it would still look very nice. So I like the versatility that the second cut would give you. That is the good thing about short cuts, that still give you some lenght. You don't have to get stuck with same hair do all the time. You can style it differently and get the most out of the cut.

 

I also agree that the second cut is too flippy,(and kind of teenie bopper type of thing) that's why I said on the post above that the cut is not my style and would never get it myself. So I totally understand when you say you prefer smarter looking styles. I'm totally with you there.  But it does make her look younger. I guess anything would have comapared to that shapeless mop she had. I personally preffer shaved layared bobs. I think she would have looked better with something like that instead.

 

I don't much care for the blondes makeover. It just doesn't interest me.

 I think the second cut is good.
