For years, my hair has been either double or single processed to platinum or very light blond. After moving to a new city & having unsatisfactory bleaching, I decided to color my hair w/ semi-permanent (med warm brown) to match my roots (med-dark auburn). I followed the directions on the bottle and was dismayed with the result. The bleached portion of my hair is gray with a purple tint (the roots are about half to three quarters inches long & are a lovely dark auburn).Well, my three year old son just said, "mommy, you have purple hair." I screwed up. What now??
in order to return to your natural color, you should have used a filler a filler is the color portion of the haircolor product if you used a med warm brown, you needed to buy 2 packages of color you apply the color portion of the product, without mixing it with the developer, and then you use your second package to color your hair as you normally would
