Hey, I need some help here.
I got my hair cut today and it looks great. But me and my stylist had this argument about whether or not I should get wisps. She said they are really in style now and they`d look good with my new `do. I have never hadbangs in my life and with dance team and all I think it would be hard to maintain `em. Should I get wisps or not? If they truley are "in" then I might consider it but I`ve not seen any girls with wisps in quite a long time. Are they "in" or out? Should I get em or shouldn`t i?

I`ve seen a lot of celebrities wearing them, if what you`re talking about is a sort of 70s retro Charlie`s angels sort of style. I don`t think whether something is in style or not should dictate whether or not it becomes your style. Especially since bangs will be hard to style with being on the dance team.. sounds like something that could be more frustration than they`re worth.
I say, overall, see if you can find a picture on the net of the style (or in a magazine) and judge for yourself.. if you really like the style, and don`t mind having to use barrettes to hold them back, or whatever, then go for it. But don`t just try a style because your stylist suggested it and said it was trendy. The trend will fade quickly, and you`ll be left with short hair that you might want to grow back out.
