I know a lot of dudes at my college want to work a specific muscle so for example: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays I would work out my chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and forearms.
Tuesdays/Thursdays I would work out my lower body and due a lot of cardiovascular activity. Most dudes are trying to gain weight if thats what you are going for this is what worked for me.
Drink lots of water, Soymilk, lots of red meats and pasta. Peanut butter is good too. STAY AWAY from fast foods or dont eat a lot of it. I used the dietary supplement creatine my coach gave it to me.
Before I started I weighed 184, now I weigh 206.

heard it has estrogen properties so go wit whey.

Its best to work a muscle. Give it 2-3 days to rest and then work it again. Its alot easier and its more effective too.
listen cuz.. this is the best advice ma n**** three 6 oh spit in his post.. if you aint give yoru muscles time to rejuvenate.. and u work out the same muscle every other day.. u basically just keep ripipng it apart and it wont rebuild.. u wont get stronger.. and it wont help u at all
i say work every other mucles in your body xcept your chest every 3 days.. only your chest or back muscles i think you should do like every 2 days..
biceps.. make it every 3 days..
triceps every 3 days
chest- 2 or 3 days.. i say 2.. but if you aint feelin it make it 3
work out ya legs.. every other day.. target each diff muscle in your leg/thigh when you work it out.. cuz i dunno bout yall but i rather not work out legs and thighs and sh*t.. but u gotta..(cardio can HELP A LOT FOR THIS)..think about this..
