Thats great for your size if you can do it like 4 or 5 times.I weigh 230 and I can do 170 7 times with 4 sets

I use to be able to do 230.. but i cant do that no more.. i didn't lift all summer although i planned to.. and now i got to college.. i got weaker.. i can do like 180-190 that's max out.. i need to get back to my 200 + max days tho..
 
High school was fun tho.. i luv'ed lifting in gym class(i picked weight room) and bitches just lookin and me beastin on those other weak ass n****s.
but now.. every time i go to weight room.. its a bunch of sweaty n****s..its all good tho the chicks be on the cardio machine checkin us out.. but i aint go often like everyday like i use to so w/e

I max out at 225 but I do reps of 180-190 every 3days

Actually man, I'm no where close. I dont' even look like I can bench that much. Its a trip, but I love it. In the gym all these big dudes (bigger than me anyway) be working out w/like 205 or 225 and then I'll say, can I jump in or can I get it when ya'll done. They be like yeah. So when they finish, the say " want me to take the weight off? " And I be like "naw I got it, " And I'll warm up with 8-10reps of  that same 205 or 225 they were struggling to do 5 reps with. Then they ask me how much I weigh, I say " how much do I look like I weigh? " ANd they guess like 180. I'll say "I don't know lets go see," get on the scale and it says 215 or so and they be like WTF???? The look on their faces never gets old....

lil dc... Im 5'11" and I weigh 215lbs.....I dont  look it at all though. WHen I use to hit the weights real hard I ate like a horse and I weighed about 230 but I only looked about 200. But I weight less but I'm a lot stronger. I bench about 350, squat, not sure but I know its in the 3's. (don't squat much b/c I had knee surgery after motorcycle wreck....)but in high school I was working out on squat w/415, like 3sets of 8-10....My max was like almost 600lbs...but my bench in high school was only 225 or so....Whack, I know....
