I have very fine,thin damaged hair. Is there any great product that I can use to get the life and shine back? I color my hair and its a little past my shoulders. please help

Sounds like a deep conditioner is in order. I like Mermade by L`Oreal. Leaves the hair like silk. A good leave-in conditioner is one by Quantum (both available at your local Sally`s store). Use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and if you MUST use a hair dryer, keep it on the lowest possible heat setting.

I have the same kind of hair you have, and I love Bumble and Bumble Deep. It`s expensive, but I only use it once every two weeks. I leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse. It takes care of a lot of the damage but doesn`t way it down. For everyday, I love Biolage Conditioning Balm.
