Dandruff remedy #1 -Mouthwash

You may not have heard of this before. But, an antibacterial mouthwash can be an effective dandruff cure for your itchy scalp. Mix a cup of mouthwash with distilled water and use them together with your regular shampoo. Massage your scalp with fingers to ease your hair cuticle circulation. Regular treatment can help to keep bacteria away and of course, dandruff as well.

Dandruff remedy #2 – Vinegar

Vinegar benefits to the scalp are well known. Rich in potassium and enzymes, it can help to prevent dandruff and itchy scalp. Add a dash of vinegar with some water. Apply it to your scalp and keep it wrapped up with a towel before you go to bed. Wash them when you wake up the next morning. Results should please you in a couple of weeks treatment.

Dandruff remedy #3 – Olive Oil

This is a century old dandruff remedy for severe dandruff. Olive oil contains vitamin E and other essential vitamins which is good for the skin as well. You can mix olive oil with almond nuts together. Apply them to your hair and slowly massage the scalp with your fingers. Olive oil is a bit clammy but it dries up quickly and you can start washing up after that.

Dandruff remedy #4 – Aloe Vera

To get rid of dandruff, you can use aloe vera. You can either purchase from your favorite supermarket or grow your own aloe vera plant. Pour a portion of this plant extract into the area where dandruff appears most. Wash it after fifteen minutes. Your dandruff should vanish after a few more treatment.

I would try Head&Shoulders shampoos and coditioners for dandruff problems.  They work wonders for me.
