yep... take alot of vitamins, drink alotta water, and massage ur head twice a day 4 about 5 minutes... I garuntee it!!

There's nothing you can do to change the maximum growth rate of your hair. What you need to do is take the best possible care of your hair that you can.

Always condition after washing, detangle gently, use a little jojoba on your dry ends, and minimize heat styling.

Horse Shampoo from a vets office or Mane and Tail Shampoo and Conditioner from Wal-Mart... Works for me... Good Luck

Mane and Tail works for me too.  I use it once a week.  Other than that, take vitamins and treat your hair nicely.

I want to grow out my hair like John Glover's. Here's how my hair looks like:



And here it is a few days of not showering:



How long would it take to grow it out at like John Glover's (before he completely cut his hair)? And would that style even work on my hair?
