According to the information that I have read, there is one side effect to taking this food supplement - it causes hair and nails to grow faster! That is why I am taking this. I am also taking Viviscal. Taking MSM has so many other benifits - like helping with alergies, constipation, acne,etc. Just read the sites and there are some testomonies on the naturally curly board. That is where I first read about it. I hope this helps. Viviscal is expensive and this maybe an alternative. I do not know if I can continue to buy Viviscal. Happy Faster hair growing!!!!!!!! Replies:
