Through my experience as an attorney I have had a little experience prosecuting similar activities. I strongly encourage you to pursue all legal avenues to hold any hackers accountable and to make sure that they receive the maximum penalties under the current laws. The FBI is also interested in investigating hacker cases since they can often lead to destruction of government property. Please call me if I can help HB attorneys pursue those responsible for the attacks of Christmas Eve.
