Hey those of you that use coconut milk, how do you keep it fresh? I opened some milk and put it in a plastic container but it only lasted like a week. I use mine straight out of the can. It only keeps for a few days. Freezing it probably would work though, never thought of that. ------------- |

| Coconut has a short shelf life. I never thought about freezing it though. I think it might work. I remember some recipe (from an actual cooking show), where the cook actually froze the coconut milk for later use. |
