How do you achieve that and what do you use? I tried the Clairol Compliments blue but it did nothing. Is there something you can buy to put in your hair color to make it more blue? I do not want a sky blue I just want more blue in the hair color? If you have any suggestions please let me know. And I personally Thank You for any help you can give me.
