This was ORIGINALLY posted by Frizzle but i had to bring it over here due to its message(hope he's not mad at thisConfused) i like thee message portrayed in this video

WARNING: there are some explicit content in it so if ur timid or just a youngin', u betta consent wit mammy and pappy before watchin it or just don't get caught. Don't worry tho, it aint a lot of sex or nothin, but da images are kinda disturbing.

I found this on another message board. Don't know how old it is but the message of the song and the content is very powerful.

thats real sh*t

somethin ull remember after u watch it

2 thumbsss up

that is the realist sh*t ive ever heard and seen though they got all my respect
and ive always wondered about some of the stuff they were talkin about
like how all of these other people like martin luther king jr malcolm x etc went through all of these things for other blacks to live great
and then other people just go and do stupid stuff
how they let people degrade them and how they act towards eachother

I'm waiting for it to load. I'll be back with feedback real quick.
-EDIT- I have no comment other than that someones going to have to explain to me what this is supposed to make me feel. Whats so real about it?
And for the record, no, Malcolm X didn't die for us like MLK Jr. did. He wasn't killed by the "white man". He was shot by members of the Nation Of Islam because he was beefing with Elijah Mohamed. So I guess his legacy continues today with our people dying the same way.

Nobody knows for sure what really went down. But i'd like to think if Malcolm X PBUH was alive today who would that benefit, us or them? Most certainly us, being black folks I hope.

But by him being dead that just took away a leader from us. Yes there are leaders out there but we can all agree they are no Malcolm X's.

Which brings me to say this, There was a good documentary on HBO about the gangs in LA showing how the cia and fbi infiltrated various black organizations like the Black Panthers by using snitches other evil well thought out tactics to slowly bring them down.

And I would say it worked because where are they know.

Being a product of Oakland, Ca where the Black Panthers originated, Ironically was the first place crack cocaine was introduced, Specifically to dismantle the Black Panther party and was ultimately the cuase of the down fall of the party and years later caused the death of the Black panther party co-founder Huey P. Newton, PBUH because he owed a drug dealer some money, So he shot him.

Yeah, some brothas killed Malcom but brothas been killin brothas since the days we was in Africa.

Africans had African slaves. That how most of us got here. We where traded and sold by fellow Africans.....................................................

Real talk, You might not be welcomed in some parts of africa. Might get killed. Its going down in Sudan as we speak.

I was feeling that link, thanks for sharing it with us.

I wasn't trying to say that Malcolm set some precedent for black on black crime but that dudes act like this is something that was never happening before we came here. Brother fights brother and sister fights sister. Thats life. We as human beings are flawed in this. Ant you a real soulful dude. I've got more to say on this topic but I'm too tired to write essay length responses right now.

I agree. I hate talkin about shlt like this, because at the end of the day aint shlt gone change.

But on a different note " god will never change a people untill they change whats in their own hearts".

We have to be the ones to make the change. Especially that we know thing are phucked up. I believe that what the message was in the video and the artist was just trying to set fire under the feet the other rappers because people actually listen to what young joc and jim jones got to say.

We need more Krs-ones, Mos Defs, Askari X's, and Public Enemies in the rap game.

Oh I see it now. And I agree. I took my nephew to see Evan Almighty last week on Sunday. Morgan Freeman said something along the lines of God won't give you what you ask but he will give you the opportunity to attain what you ask for.

but its true the subject would never be settled but its good to see other peoples opinion about this

^^ True Story, one of my elder co-workers had the nerve to ask me if I see *color* (white woman) and I said yea. She looked at me with those eyes that scream your a racist and then she said, she doesn't see color. I laughed for a second then said, if you dont see color then your color blind. I told her I see color I just don't treat anyone differently unless they piss me off.

Don't trip about postin it on here Gyvll. Glad u did. I was sure that this was gonna get deleted or moved because it was not "hair" related and it might of been a bit too "harsh" for some other members. Glad it affected enuff to wanna post it yourself.

Glad to see how some people are reacting tho. I thought most would ignore the song's message and just focus on being offended by it's content because they are "fans" of some of the music that this rapper brutally criticizes throughout the song. I know that there is a lot of young peeps on this board so i didn't think they'd be all too jazzed about it. Glad to see tho how most of y'all are reacting tho.

My thoughts about it? mixed feelings. I appreciated the message the rapper was tryin to get across. However, i felt it was a bit rough in it's presentation. There could've been a more peaceful approach BUT i don't even think people would actually give it the same attention without the shock value.

naw fam not all teachers are like that
i had a teacher last year
mr. bloom
had him for unified geometry and my c++ and internet programming classes (a few other languages with him)
and he was the best teacher ive ever had
HE would push you to the limit, try to get the best out of you and make you have the best benefit from his classes
even though u would dislike being in his class sometimes he can teach
was the best teacher ive ever had
if u needed something he would help u with it
cause i remember my midterm i needed major help on my math
and he stayed after school with me for 4 hours helpin me learn what was really goin on
and ever since ive gotten out of his class ive understood math better then i ever had as for computer classes
he doesnt let u slack he wants 100% effort from u and pushes you till u do it, but no not all teachers are like that
there are some teachers like that
imma try to have him some more next year if hes still here

Its good to see brothas steppin up bout this stuff. I dont think Hip Hop will ever be as good as it was though, too many dumb n****s have brainwashed our communities. we havent had any influentual black leaders like malcolm and Maritin and we can all tell our people are suffering from it.

I hate:
1) those teachers who treat u like u are a worldvison kid because you are minority.
2)those white people who constantly try to act jamaican when they hear im from there. Even tho i grew up in NY and have no accent. It is quite annoying.

I may be white but ima go ahead and comment on this, i dunno why. kuz i hate this whole racism thing, I grew up in the 80's, 90's, and 2000's, and racism just has never been apart of my world (except getting called white boy by alot of non-whites) and I try my best to keep it that way. I realize racism does still exist and probably always will, but compared to what it apparently used to be 50+ years ago, I'd say America has come together and, for the most part, we are doing pretty good now.
And what the hell has this guy that's rapping done that's so great that he can talk down about everyone else, saying they should be lynched? come on now, who is this guy? Yes, some rappers nowadays aren't nothing but people who talk about sh*t but aint sh*t and act as real bad examples and sh*t.. i like how they used yung joc as an example lol. i aint gon hate tho, the videos concept was somewhat good. but i'm like some of yall, i just don't like talkin bout sh*t like this, alot of this racist stuff happened before my time, it's never really been apart of my world. but i have the utmost respect for our forefathers who lived during the real racist times, and those who have helped make it the better place it is today. ehhh...i shouldnt've even commented but w/e...America has become such a diverse country, we're real close to me knowing what its like to be a minority.
so, there's sorta one caucasian's view on things... back to brushing...

I just got done taking and African Civs class and boy were my eyes opned. after seeing this video the only thing I can is yea I agree with him. Being of direct African decent i've seen and heard sh*t that made me want to straight up blow peoples brains out, but i've manged to control myself.

^Aye but I aint calling you out or nothing Gnarly just addin my 2 cents

The "I have a dream" speech that MLK made was for him to express the dream that he had for humans as a people. After his death people kinda kept hope alive but were all the time waiting for some other leader to arise from his ashes and countinue paving the way to a "race" free culture. MLK and all other learders of his type stood up to the plate cuase everyone else like you and me wouldnt. By stepping up they hoped everyone would take a stand for what they believed in and pick up their own swords and fight. Instead we are all still sitting back blowing chances to make a diffrence because we see no point. Even me typing this knows I could talk and talk but never actually do a thing. Really making a diffrence is up to everyone starting with simple sh*t like not use race to judge or using sterotypes like based on skin color.

And to what Gnarly said:
I know you like to say that just because your white doesnt mean that you ever had slaves or that your racist. But even though youve managed to avoid seeing that real rasicsm doesnt mean it doesnt exist or that the times have passed, it just means it has evolved and its blent in so well into everyday things that we do that you no longer notice. You cant say teh real rasicst times because we all know that if we arent careful history will repeat itself.

I could go F***ing on and on on this sh*t but hey everybody knows what this uncomfotable truth is about

visual basic is real easy

my teacher was talking about that to tsoh he said c++ might not be used anymore, but he says still to learn it because it can be help later on
and if they give u any books to read about c++ READ them, i dont care how much u think u dont need to read or u can pass it or w/e just do it cause taht sh*t was hard without knowing what ur doing, i barely passed with a 65, and i wanted better then that so i took c++ AGAIN while i was taking my internet programming class with the other languages and that was hard, trying to cram all that into my head in 9 weeks, so read the books fam

MYSQL was the hardest sh*t ive ever done, not typing it up then inputing it into the cmd lines, BUT typing all of that sh*t word for word in the cmd lines
that was the most hassling sh*t ive ever done, that stuff was literally making me go crazy and throwing sh*t.....real talk, you ever do it tsoh?
i had a sudden outburst in class one day when i was doing it LOL thats a different story though

java was pretty hard at first
but i got the hang of it cause i read how to do it
and this site helps ALOT for alot of the languages that u do, just dont copy the stuff  cause u wont learn how to do it and what would be the point of not knowing how to do it...
http://www.w3schools.com - www.w3schools.com

as for c#
its going to help to know c++ and a little bit of java
theres just a few minor things that are different from c# than there is from c++ and c, but the syntax is practically the same, so learning this stuff is great, and it has a little bit of things that are added on to help you
but if u aint willing to put in 100% effort dont do it, cause this is time consuming stuff and you need to be willing to learn it

anything else you wanna know?
yes im a nerd :P
